Gillian Brown studies sex differences in behaviour from neuroendocrine, developmental and evolutionary perspectives. Her research investigates topics such as the role of gonadal hormones in the development of sex differences in behaviour and brain function, sex differences in behaviour in human beings, the evolution of mating strategies, and evolutionary perspectives on human behaviour.
